Tucked away on a quiet residential block located in Tribeca's historic Cast-Iron District, the building is a 19th century cast-iron and limestone five story condo with a commercial loft.  ERIN RUBY DESIGN provided full interior design services to expand the client's loft office from one to two floors. The program drove a non-traditional office environment for an unconventional client. Secret passageways, hidden meeting nooks, a Stadium Theater and Podcast Studio provide inspiration to staff and clients alike. And a home base for emerging talent to be creative.
